We provide social and prescribed medical care and assistance with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living and monitor our residents' activities, behavioral expressions, and overall wellbeing.   

We assist with the residents' personal self-care needs, activities of daily living, and instrumental activities of daily living while continuing to support their functional capabilities and independence. 

We monitor our residents' for changes in their condition, habits, behaviors, and activity patterns.  Staff report all findings to the administrator for further evaluation.  

We provide their bed accommodation in a shared or private room and linens and beddings needed.  Residents have access to WiFi connection and home amenities. 

We offer and conduct engaging activities on a daily basis that promote mental stimulation, create socialization, and encourage mobility.   

We prepare and serve 3 healthy and balanced meals a day and snacks (upon resident request), monitor their nutritional intake and prescribed diet regimen, if any, and assist with feeding as needed.
