Services
Admission Criteria to our residential care home:

60 years and older (under 60 is accepted on case-by-case basis) and one of the following:
-
Requires assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transferring/mobility.

May or may not require assistance with instrumental activities of daily living such as meal preparation, laundering/other house chores, shopping, transportation, managing medications and finances, and coordinating services they need.

Presence of behaviors that affect their judgement and poses risk to their safety such as wandering, elopement, or disorientation.

Presence of cognitive changes that affect their functional capabilities such as mild cognitive impairment and neurocognitive disorder (i.e. Dementia, Alzheimer's, delirium, traumatic brain injury, etc) that is unrelated to psychiatric illnesses.

Presence of musculoskeletal disorders that affect their mobility, dexterity, and functional capabilities.

Recovery from an illness or surgery and requiring medical management and/or continued rehabilitation.

Temporary emotional disturbance due to personal loss or changes in life and living situations.

Our certified administrators have a combined 40+ years of licensed healthcare experience as a licensed psychiatric technician, licensed vocational nurse, and registered nurse.

Our Client Care Concierge staff are trained to provide individualized care under the supervision and oversight of the facility administrators.

We strive and intend to be your home away from home, for a short while or a long time, and bring the nursing care home to you when needed and as allowed in a residential care home.
